Shipping Info
We offer free shipping within the continental U.S. We will make every effort to ship "in stock" items on the same business day as long as the order is received by 3:00 p.m. CST (Mon.-Fri.). If we are unable to ship the same day - we will ship the following business day. Personalized items may take an additional 5-7 business days before they are shipped. If you are placing an order outside of the continental U.S. - we will email you once your order is received regarding shipping information and pricing. No shipping charges will be applied to your order without your approval.
Return Policy
Our customer's happiness and satisfaction is a top priority for us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase we will gladly refund your money (less the cost of any S&H) or exchange your purchase for any "in stock" item within 14 calendar days of receiving your original item/s. (Unfortunately personalized items cannot be returned) Items must be unused and in original condition and packaging for a refund. Sales Tax
In accordance with Texas tax laws 8.25% sales tax will be applied to items shipped to a Texas address.
